A free weight machine for training back muscles – rowing with chest support. The exercise consists in pulling the bar towards the torso. Iso High Row was inspired by a natural human movements. Separate weight horns engage independent divergent and convergent movements for equal strength development and variety of muscle stimulation. It provides a unique movement path that contrasts with the incline press, providing a workout that is not easily replicated by other machines.
